What information can we provide and how much will it cost?

The current pricing structure as of 1 August 2013 for CON29 is reviewed annually and as from the 1st June 2017 will include VAT in the charges set out as below.

Other Highway/Public Rights of Way information

A CON29 search only provides the adoption status of a road but does not prescribe the extent (width) of the highway.

If you require information regarding the extent of the highway maintainable at public expense and for all other questions related to Public Rights of Way or Road and Traffic data, please email searches@cumbria.gov.uk attaching a plan, outlining the specific information you require.
