Information Required to Support a Planning Application for Minerals, Waste or County Council Development

The below Local Validation List document sets out the information that is required to support planning applications for Minerals, Waste or County Council Regulation 3 developments. Failure to provide the documentation/plans stipulated as being required in this document will result in any planning application being treated as invalid - that is to say the Council will not progress the application to registration and consultation until the information required has been provided. The Local Validation List was last reviewed in autumn 2021 and was republished without any changes in November 2021.
