Commons Registration Fees

Please note: every application under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006 must be made in writing on a form provided by the Secretary of State for an application of that type, signed by every applicant or their representative and posted to Commons Registration Service, Lady Gillford's House, Petteril Bank Road, Carlisle, CA1 3AJ.

Please note: for any applications seeking to amend the rights section of the register, we require a separate application for each entry to be amended, the exception being when the same set of rights is exercisable over multiple commons.
