    This surreal, funny and carefully crafted physical performance explores the weather in all its forms from summer to autumn, winter to spring and takes delight in discovering the world anew and how we experience it differently, wherever we are.

  • Carlisle Tri Club 10K
    The 10k route uses mainly quiet country roads. The run will finish directly in front of the racecourse grandstand. This is an officially measure and certified accurate course by the Association of UK Course Measurers. There will be a water station just past the halfway point. There will be a water station at the finish for you to collect a bottle of water from. Entries are open now!

  • Jack Lukeman
    Jack Lukeman, the UK-based Kildare man with the multi-octave voice, is fresh from a series of sell-out performances (NCH, Cork Opera House) celebrating the 20th anniversary of his first album Metropolis Blue alongside a run of shows with Jools Holland's Rhythm and Blues Orchestra. This new show celebrates his career to date with road tales and tall short stories spun in an evening that explores the globetrotting joys and magic of 25 years of music making. His show will feature the most celebrated songs from his multi-platinum and Number-1-selling albums like Magic Days, Metropolis Blue, 27 Club and Broken Songs. Don't miss, this one-in-a-million artist doing what he does best in a perfect venue. Jack Lukeman is a singer-songwriter, performer, raconteur and record producer. A critically acclaimed artist,Jack has toured as a special guest recently with artists such as Imelda May, The Proclaimers and Aerosmith.

  • From The Fields Presents Hang Massive
    Doors 7.30pm | Tickets £20.50 | Malt Room Standing | 14+ (Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult) Since 2011 Hang Massive have shaped the global handpan music scene, pioneering a successful electronic act with a magnetizing live show. Blending dream-like acoustic and upbeat electronic sounds, their unique style inspires a worldwide audience. The magic began in 2011 with their first music release and video “Once Again”, which gained wide renown and was watched over 60 million times online. Its viral success introduced people around the world to a captivating new instrument and saw the emergence of a global fan base devoted to this groundbreaking musical project.

    You've seen him on Would I Lie to You? Have I Got News for You 8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Live at the Apollo. One of the UK's top stand-ups Chris McCausland is heading back out on tour with his Sunday Times Best of the Edinburgh Fringe” show Speaky Blinder. He's blind. He's a dad. He's a husband. He's third in command. He'll speaky about all of that, and loads more.

  • Voce and Friends
    Now in our 13th year, Voce have performed their original arrangements of "Popular Music with a Classical Twist" across the country. Our performances are an eclectic mix that includes songs by Il Divo, Andrea Bocelli, Josh Groban, Michael Ball, Alfie Bow, Take That, Elton John, Hits from the West End and many more. https://voce2008@hotmail.co.uk South Lakes Rock Choir is part of South Lakes Rock School in Barrow; the choir rehearses weekly covering music from across the decades of rock and pop including songs by Elton John, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Tears for Fears and Stormzy and many more! Songs are in unison and harmony, with repertoire especially arranged for them by director Lesley Harris. https://southlakesrockschool.co.uk/ John Brice has sung principal baritone roles with Preston Opera and, in a former life as a tenor, played most of those roles with the Barrow Savoyards. He has also sung with Encore Opera, Chelsea Opera and Dorset Opera.

  • This Is The Kit
    Starts 8pm | Tickets £20.50 | OTD £22.50 | Theatre Brewery Arts is thrilled to welcome This is the Kit as part of our 50th anniversary celebration programme! This Is The Kit is the musical project of Kate Stables. One of time and change and careful listening. It has carried Stables from Winchester to Bristol to Paris (where she's lived for the last 15 years), and across tours and festivals around the world not to mention a prestigious Ivor Novello nomination. In early spring of 2020, just before everything got weird, Kate and her band of trusty companions, (Rozi Plain, Jamie Whitby-Coles, Jesse D Vernon, and Neil Smith), knuckled down to record what would become This is The Kit's fifth album Off Off On. Off Off On, was released in October 2020 to huge acclaim with Uncut calling it the bands “most multi-layered yet subtle work so far” and the Independent naming them One of the most original and musically gifted artists of today.

    Doors 8pm | Tickets £15.50 | Malt Room Standing Warmduscher have never taken to the term supergroup, but it's safe to say that their unique, potent blend of raw musicianship, down n dirty rock riffs and devil-may-care party attitude was borne from the union of Clams Baker and The Witherer of Paranoid London; Quicksand of Fat White Family; and Mr. Salt Fingers Lovecraft and Kid Whispers, hailing from Insecure Men.

  • The Sea Wall 7 miler
    The seawall 7 mile is a charity event( different charity picked each year)and is a 7 ish mile run/walk from Haverigg ,one big loop around through millom and back to Haverigg , taking in some of the best views and land marks in the country.Any person of any gender, ability, pro, amateur, beginner , size, fat , thin , religious beliefs, colour of skin , from another planet and dogs are more than welcome to do the the seawall 7 miler. We are all friends and like to create a nice warm atmosphere.We have great campsites, holiday parks and b&b's in the area , so make a weekend of it. If anybody has any questions or queries then don't hesitate to get in touch by email what's app or messenger . We are Lighthouse Events , a family run charity events team . 100 % of all proceeds from our events go to charity . We have previously organised The Lighthouse 10k.
