Harraby residents will be able to raise any issue or concern they may have about their community at the next neighbourhood forum meeting.
The forum will meet at Harraby Methodist Church Hall on 20th January 2006 at 10am. Residents will be able to talk about police matters with their local community police officer and highways matters with the county council's area engineer.
The forum will also consider grant applications from community groups across the area for various projects benefiting local residents.
Local county councillor, Mike Richardson said:
"These neighbourhood forums give local residents an opportunity to raise an issue they may have about the area in which they live. They address the issues that are at the heart of the local community. I hope people take the time to come along to the meeting on Friday to find our more."
