The next Denton Holme and Longsowerby Neighbourhood forum is on Tuesday 12 December at Denton Holme Community Centre on Morley Street.
The meeting gets underway at 6.30pm.
Anne Livingstone, Horticultural officer with the city council's Green Spaces Team, will be at the forum to discuss design ideas for the Graham Street Community Garden Project.
With this being the last meeting before Christmas, children from Robert Ferguson school will also be along to entertain the forum with some carols.
There will be an opportunity to highlight local issues with councillors and the police.
The neighbourhood forum also has a budget for grants to local non-profit making and community groups.
