  • Life skills &Heartstart training

    Defibrillators can save lives! Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service will be delivering Heartstart training for the public. Skills you will learn: • General care of a casualty including the procedure for obtaining help • Dealing with an unconscious person • Giving rescue breaths • Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) • Dealing with choking • Dealing with a serious bleeding • Dealing with a suspected heart attack casualty There are two sessions available: 10am - 12noon and 2pm - 4pm Please contact 01946 506400 for more information or to book your free place
