Community Regeneration Fund
Cumbria County Council’s Community Regeneration Fund is available to support emerging/developing social enterprise initiatives, intermediate labour market and new deal projects. The fund acts as a catalyst for attracting or complementing other resources from the public, private and voluntary sectors, to support local regeneration by creating opportunities for employment and increasing the employability of people who are having difficulty in finding work.

Community Waste Prevention Fund
This fund supports new and innovative waste prevention initiatives, which work directly with the communities to improve the quality of life for people in Cumbria. Grants of between £2,500 and £15,000 are available to encourage the '3 Rs' - reduce, reuse and recycle.
If you are a community group, charity or social enterprise, with a constitution, a bank account and a great idea, we want to hear from you. For more information or an application form please contact Louise Woods on 01228 227644.
